Location: the hotel was not far from the center of life in Luso and the centre of Luso, which is very pretty and the castle and surrounding national park. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, climate control, multi-channel television, and a writing table...

Convenient location for Bussaco Palace and Forest, just a 30-minute walk. Excellent hosts, friendly and helpful. Best shower with good pressure and hot water. Great view of the chapel and spring from the room. Breakfast had everything you need and some extras.

The hotel is clean and has all the necessary amenities, including wi-fi and air conditioning. The staff, except for one person during check-in, were really helpful and friendly. The off-site car park made parking easy. The room was cozy and smelled amazing, with a nice touch of having water and glasses provided. The TV had a wide range of channels to choose from. Breakfast and check-out times were flexible. a great value for money hotel with everything you need to explore the surrounding areas.

We were absolutely blown away by Residencial Imperial! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was mind-blowingly complete, and the cleanliness and condition of the rooms exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect base for exploring central Portugal. Can't wait to come back!

For the price we paid, our stay at Residencial Imperial was excellent value. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great selection of TV channels. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Bussaco Palace and Forest, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

More breakfast choices would have been nice, like additional hot options or a wider variety of pastries.

my recent stay in luso was made exceptional by residencial imperial. they exceeded my expectations with their clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious breakfast buffet. the location was convenient for exploring the area, and the flexible check-in and check-out times were a bonus. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them.
